For the past 12 years since DailyMuscle has been around, people have come to us to get strong, tone up, and to lose weight.

The 6-week Challenge (STRONG ACADEMY) is our signature total body makeover program at DailyMuscle in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I created the 6WKC in 2015 because I wanted to create an all-inclusive comprehensive program that combines the best of both worlds - individual coaching AND the fun of group fitness. The program is not 'just another 6-week routine', but it's a 6-week education on the basics of health and fitness.
